For the past 3 years, the Arts Alive team have been setting up camp at this wonderful music festival bringing their own brand of joyful creativity to those children attending the Green Man Festival. These colourful workshops usually lead on to some form of onsite processional performance and are highly enjoyed by all.

Our team travel to all kinds of events around Wales and Herefordshire and can tailor creative activities to suit the event. This year you may have seen us at Heart of the Dragon Festival.

Each September Arts Alive facilitates the creation of Bettina Reeve’s market hall decorations for Abergavenny Food Festival.  Over 20 people came to the 11 workshops at Arts Alive to create this year’s ‘Flying Chefs’.  Visit Abergavenny’s market hall to see their spectacular creations hovering in the roof space.

During the Festival Weekend, Arts Alive take charge of decorating the lower lawns of the Castle site using Flags and bunting created in their school and community projects. They also run creative activities for young people from their tent. At the 2006 Festival, nearly 300 children worked with Arts Alive during the weekend.
